    How much does a new roof cost in Michigan?

    Costs vary depending on the size of your roof, materials, and complexity of the job. Most full residential replacements in our area fall in a wide range — we give you a real number after walking your roof, not a guess over the phone.

    How long does a roof replacement take?

    Most homes are done in one to three days. We pull permits, source materials, tear off the old roof, install new, and clean up so well your neighbors won't know we were there.

    Are you licensed and insured in Michigan?

    Yes. Fully licensed and insured. Certificate available on request. We carry workers' comp and general liability so your home and our crew are both protected.

    Do you handle storm damage insurance claims?

    We do — every week. We meet your adjuster on the roof, document the damage with photos, and push back when they miss something.

    Do you offer financing?

    Yes. We work with financing partners that offer flexible plans so you can spread the cost out instead of paying everything up front. Ask us during your estimate.

    What warranties come with my roof?

    Every install comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty from us, plus the manufacturer's material warranty (often 30–50 years depending on the shingle). Both in writing.

    Best time of year to replace a roof in Michigan?
